What if my purchase arrives and I'm not quite sure how to use it? Are these packs for anyone to use, or just teachers?

We're here to help. We include comprehensive instructions in each kit, as they are designed to be used by parents, caregivers and children - not just educators! Contact us, or check out our videos on our social media platforms for some video tutorials.

Some packs also offer video lessons via subscription - see individual packs for further information.

Can I ask for one of your products to be customised, or can I ask for something specific?

Of course. It never hurts to ask, and we are happy to make reasonable adjustments to help your little one learn as effectively as possible. As teachers, our resources are carefully designed, using evidence-based pedagogy to help ensure effective learning. We would rather not make adjustments for the sake of aesthetics, but for a child requiring a little extra support... absolutely. So hit up that contact form and we will be in touch ASAP!

Can these resources be used by homeschoolers and teachers?

Absolutely. NESA guidelines and outcomes are used to inform all our planning, and the necessary information is included in the packs to make things easy for homeschoolers and teachers. All our packs and collections are up-to-date with NESA curricula.

What's the turnaround time for an order?

We always aim to get our products to you as quickly as we can. Barring customised orders, your purchase will be shipped within two weeks. Delivery then depends on the couriers - and, with Covid-19 delays, things may take a while longer than usual. Please be patient - if your order doesn't arrive within a reasonable timeframe, be sure to let us know. 

Are your packs environmentally friendly?

Rest assured, we do our absolute best to ensure our products are as sustainable as possible. Our cotton drawstring and tote bags are sustainably produced by a local Australian supplier, and our goods are wipe-clean and reusable. With time, we aim to ensure that all components of our packs are environmentally friendly - if you have suggestions, we would love to hear them!

Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia-wide, with optional click and collect for those living in the Sydney area. Internationally, we are happy to ship anywhere, though postage will need to be included in the price. If you're having trouble, let us know and we will do what we can to assist you. 

Do you offer downloads on all products?

Not at this stage. Many of our products also contain physical items, so it simply isn't practical at this time.
